• Kelebihan karbohidrat dalam diet seseorang dapat menyebabkan masalah gas.
• Mengurangi jumlah udara yang Anda telan. Hindari berbicara dan tertawa sambil makan, karena perilaku seperti ini mengakibatkan menelan udara berlebihan. Makan dan minum perlahan dan mengunyah makanan Anda dengan baik.
• Mengunyah permen karet dan merokok menyebabkan udara yang Anda hirup juga menjadi berlebihan. Akumulasi udara ini menyebabkan kembung, membuat perut tertekan, dan menimbulkan gas.
• Hindari konsumsi makanan pedas karena mereka bisa meningkatkan debit asam lambung yang dapat menimbulkan iritasi.

Moment of Truth is a sequel to the popular stealth action title Death to Spies.
